Conference submission deadlines are approaching. Come learn how to develop successful conference presentation proposals. We’ll show you winning proposals, as well as ways to better your chances for acceptance. Bring your idea for a proposal and get feedback from colleagues.

You agonized over creating the best proposal and now you find out your proposal has been accepted. YAY! Time to celebrate, right? Nope, not quite yet. Should you develop a power point? What should you include? Who knew there were rules for power point presentations?
Come learn how to create an engaging and informative presentation. One that will dazzle your colleagues and have them lining up for you to take your show on the road!

After the presentation, it’s time to let out that sigh of relief, right? Nope not yet. Let us show you what to do AFTER the presentation. How do you disseminate the results to your colleagues in DSA? What about through your professional organization? How about getting your name in The State, the FSU newsletter? Come learn about next steps to take after your proposal’s been accepted and the presentation successfully conducted.

Do you have questions about your current FSU Insurance benefits? Ever wanted to make changes to your current plans but not sure how or what to do? Then this session is just for you! FSU Human Resources staff members will be present to share information and answer all of your tough questions about benefits and the annual Open Enrollment period. This session is during the lunch hour, so feel free to bring a sack lunch.
FSU Spirit Days

FSU/DSA Spirit Days are designated days throughout the school year when the Division of Student Affairs celebrates school spirit and fosters division and department camaraderie by participating in office/door decorating contests. Offices who win will get free pizza for the staff.
