Monthly Safety Checklist
Departments are encouraged to develop a safety checklist to insure that equipment is regularly inspected and in proper working order.
It is also recommended that departments develop a new-employee orientation safety checklist so that new employees can become familiarized with risk and safety issues at the front end of their employment in your department.
Below are copies of safety and new employee checklists that we hope will serve as examples for you as you create your own checklists.
