Emergency Evacuation Policy

Each department should create an emergency evacuation plan for their facility. This plan should provide for a safe and expedited evacuation of your facility. We recommend that you establish an Emergency Command Team that identifies who will take a leadership role in coordinating emergency evacuation. We further recommend that you work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety office to map out your evacuation routes. Below is an emergency evacuation plan that we hope you will find useful in developing your own custom plan.
