Minors on Campus

If your department sponsors programs that invite minors to the FSU campus (camps, conferences, meetings, social activities), you should be aware of issues pertaining to the safety and well-being of minors while they are guests of the university. For any "Minors on Campus" questions, please contact EH&S (LeAnne Hotchkiss 644-7683) to confirm that your coverage meets the minimum limits. Attached are risk management checklists and other documents that we believe you will find helpful pertaining to issues concerning minors visiting on campus. In the event of an emergency involving minors, please call 9-1-1 or in the case of a non-emergency, contact a community medical facility, such as Patients First.
