The FSU Center for Global Engagement and International Programs participated in International Education Week this November with a variety of events and programs to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. The week kicked off with a reception on November 14th to honor faculty, scholars, and students who contribute to the internationalization of Florida State.
The week was filled with exciting events including international film screenings, performances, intercultural programs, International Coffee Hour, and Going Global, a showcase of students’ international experiences around the world.
International Education Week is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education. The week promotes programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.
