We are excited to have the privilege of hosting an incredible Executive in Residence: Jonathan Kroll is an acclaimed leadership educator, entrepreneur, scholar, and author. He is the founder and executive director of Leadership Trainer, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization transforming the leadership landscape through trainer preparation.
He will lead insightful discussions on the following topics:

  • Explore the purpose and foundational principles for utilizing experiential learning activities and reflective dialogue in training experiences.
  • Illuminate promising practices for facilitating experiential learning activities and reflective dialogue that can be translated into participants’ own training practice.
  • Engage in a nourishing professional development experience that invites reflection into skill gaps and growth opportunities, personal values, extraordinary leadership, and collaboration.
  • Utilize this powerful professional development experience to strengthen relationships, build community, and enhance feelings of belonging amongst colleagues.

Johnathan Kroll

Jonathan Kroll is an acclaimed leadership educator, entrepreneur, scholar, and author. He is the founder and executive director of Leadership Trainer, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization transforming the leadership landscape through trainer preparation. Jonathan has previously served as the founding Program Director and Assistant Teaching Professor of the Professional Leadership Studies program at the University of Rhode Island. He began his career and spent a decade in student affairs.
Jonathan is the award-winning author of Preparing Leadership Educators: A Comprehensive Guide to Theories, Practices, and Facilitation Skills and has facilitated hundreds of leadership workshops, retreats, trainings, and conference presentations to 1,000s of participants across 5 continents. Jonathan has a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in Leadership. He coaches, consults, writes, teaches, and trains about leadership and training/facilitation.
