Assistant Director, Garnet & Gold Scholar Society

Coordinate all aspects of the Garnet and Gold Scholar Society Program, including recruitment, retention, training, and management of advisors, management of student experience from application to induction, marketing and outreach, and management of the back-end portal system.Provides outreach presentations, programming, career advising, and support for Career Center events and services. Conduct Career Center presentations at FSU Orientation sessions. Assist in managing the online Career Portfolio program and the FSU Professional Clothing Closet. Act as a liaison to a specified college or department, including providing specialized programming, outreach, resource development, and career advising to that liaison area.

Service Leadership Program Coordinator

Assists and serves as resource within the Center for Leadership & Social Change, Division of Student Affairs, and campus-wide. Engage in a programming portfolio that includes programs and workshops which focus on the following areas of emphasis: Service Scholars Scholarship Program, Florida State Alternative Breaks, Service Leadership Seminar, Leadership & Service areas of the Garnet & Gold Scholar Society, President's Humanitarian of the Year. Supervise a graduate assistant, undergraduate student staff, and interns as well as advise, assist, and guide students on a variety of issues such as community service, academic referrals, personal difficulties for the retention and success of the student body Serve on department, division, and campus-wide committees as assigned. Initiates and supports creative ideas to move the Center for Leadership & Social Change forward in its mission and vision, along with other duties as assigned.

Experiential Leadership Program Coordinator

Lead/Senior Physician

Assistant Director, Conduct & Care

Provides daily leadership, supervision, staff development and evaluation for full-time Residence Coordinator(s), Program Coordinator(s), Graduate Assistant(s), and student-staff working with the Residential Student Experience (RSE) program. Responsible for the oversight and management of the residential student conduct process. Responsible for the oversight and management of documented student concerns, including, but not limited to: mental health, physical wellness, and behavioral concerns. Serve in on-call duty rotation. Provide crisis response to students, staff, and other constituents as needed. Work in conjunction with the Associate Director for Residence Life to liaison with the FSU Police Department, the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, the Victim's Advocate Office, Case Management, the University Counseling Center, and the Title XI Office. Represent University Housing on departmental and division/University-wide committees. Complete other duties as assigned in support of University Housing.
