Our Mission

The N2UFP provides advising, mentoring, and dynamic programming for students who aspire to make a difference in student affairs. As an affiliate of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), we’re committed to developing the Student Affairs professionals of tomorrow!

Why N2UFP?

  • Intentional Monthly Meeting: When you join N2UFP you will have access to meeting topics such as Graduate School Preparation, Possible First Jobs in Higher Education, Networking and Career Exploration, and Senior Level Portfolios, all with guest speakers with expertise on various topics.
  • On-Campus Mentorship: When you join N2UFP, you become part of a supportive community. Students and mentors can apply as pairs, creating meaningful connections beyond graduation. If you do not currently have a mentor, we will pair you with a staff member that has expertise in your field of interest.
  • Conference Scholarships: As an N2UFP Fellow, you will have opportunities to attend both national and regional NASPA conferences where you can develop your network and knowledge of the field of higher education/student affairs.
