Beginning June 30, FSU HQ is the new home for student involvement opportunities, student events, registered student organizations and pathways and badging for students enrolled at Tallahassee and Panama City campuses.
The platform replaces NoleCentral and serves as the central location for:
- Exploring registered student organizations and involvement opportunities
- Submitting event proposals for student organizations and departments
- Accessing information about SGA funding opportunities
FSU HQ also replaces Portfolium as the university's platform for pathways and badging. Enrolled students will be able to:
- Discover pathways designed to support their academic, personal and professional development
- Earn badges that recognize involvement, experiences and accomplishments
- Track progress and showcase skills gained through co-curricular experiences
FSU HQ will launch in phases. Beginning June 30, currently enrolled students, faculty and staff have access to core features, with the FSU HQ mobile app and additional functionality becoming available throughout the Fall semester.

General Information
FSU HQ is Florida State University's new online hub for student engagement. It brings together registered student organizations, events, pathways and badging opportunities into a single platform.

Access and Login
Visit hq.fsu.edu and log in with your FSU ID and password.
No. Currently enrolled students, faculty and staff will use their FSU credentials to access the platform.
Access to FSU HQ is restricted to currently enrolled students at the Main and Panama City campuses and active FSU employees.
Students
You must be currently enrolled as a Florida State University student at either the Main or Panama City Campus. Students enrolled in FSU classes exclusively through another institution (like FAMU) are ineligible.
Faculty and Staff
All active employees have access to the platform. Employee designation within FSU HQ is based on the employee's primary job record with FSU.

A mobile app is planned as part of the platform rollout.

Registered Student Organizations

Yes. Existing organization information is being migrated into the new platform.
Organization files and forms will not transfer.
Organization rosters, however, will transfer. Organization officers should review membership and individuals listed as officers for accuracy after launch and report any concerns.
Organization officers and administrators will be able to manage their organization's profile directly within FSU HQ.
Event proposals for registered student organizations and departments will be submitted through FSU HQ.

Badges are digital credentials that recognize student learning, involvement, leadership and skill development.
Yes, all previously earned badges will be migrated to FSU HQ.

If you encounter a "profile cannot be found" message when signing in with your FSUID and password, this typically means you are not currently included in an access-eligible population.
If you meet the eligibility requirements but are experiencing broader sign-in issues affecting multiple FSU services (not just FSU HQ), please report a problem with the FSU IT Service Desk for assistance with Identity and Access Management-related access issues.
