Elizabeth "Beth" Stegmeyer

Elizabeth "Beth" Stegmeyer manages complex financial operations, including resource allocation, financial reporting, and the supervision of accounting staff to support diverse departments. Additionally, she serves as a key advisor to division leadership, developing long-term financial models and ensuring strict compliance with state, federal, and university regulations.

Beth consistently demonstrates a mastery of the Division’s complex financial landscape, serving as the epitome of reliability by responding to every challenge with a depth of knowledge that provides immediate confidence. Her excellent job performance is matched only by her innovation; in an environment where we must "make the most out of a little," Beth is incredibly resourceful, collaborating across the division to streamline processes and find creative solutions that keep our mission moving forward. She has helped my team find solutions to issues with current Foundation Funds; educate and streamline scholarship processes; and ensure we all work together to spend our Foundation dollars efficiently, with donor intent at the forefront. Beyond her fiscal expertise, Beth is a joy to be around and has fostered an fun working environment by treating every staff member with genuine kindness, patience, and professional warmth over the years.
