Social Interest Groups are designed to foster staff engagement and establish a sense of community within student affairs. These groups serve as a platform for staff members to connect, exchange ideas, build community, and bond over shared interests.
How Do They Work?
There is a designated lead or co-leads in charge of managing communication and serving as a liaison for each group. We do not want to put too many restrictions in place. We feel it is best to leave the particular design and structure decisions up to the group itself.
